Payment by invoice can be done by

• bank transfer (details on invoice)
• cheque (details on invoice)
• Visa/Mastercard  

within 30 days after receiving all ordered items (unless agreed otherwise).

If you want to or are required to pre-pay by Visa/Mastercard, get the Order/Payment form (pdf file), print it out, fill in the necessary information and fax it to
